Each member is required to read and agree to the following terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to read, understand, and agree to the MyLindens.com terms of service, as well as the MyLindens.com privacy policy. In addition, it is your responsibility to note and comply with future changes, amendments, additions, and removals from these two documents.

Description of Service: MyLindens.com (Hereafter referred to as "ML") is a free service which allows users to complete offers through affiliates. The ML service and website (Hereafter referred to as "the Service") shall be provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ML disclaims all responsibility and liability for the availability, timeliness, security, and reliability of the Service. ML reserves the right to change, suspend, or shut down the Service with or without notice, at any time, for any reason, and without any liability to ML. Decisions made by ML regarding the Service, you, any user or user's account, and any other matter related to the Service shall be final. You acknowledge that ML will not entertain an appeal for any decision. ML is in no way associated with Linden Labs or Second Life.

Payments: Payment to members is processed instantly and paid via Linden Dollars. If necessary, payments may require additional time in order to be processed. You, the member, understand and acknowledge that no payment shall be made to you or any other member until ML has received instant payment from its advertisers. ML will never be deemed as owing payment to any member, but will make payments only after verification of the legitimacy of an account and balance. ML does not guarantee payment will be made upon the completion of every offer. Unforeseen circumstances may cause the instant payment not to be completed.

Non-Liability: ML shall, at no time, be held liable for any result of the use of your account, including, but not limited to, termination, suspension, information dissemination, legal proceedings against you, damages (actual or consequential), suits, losses, judgments, litigation costs, attorneys' fees, and any other consequences, of every kind and nature. In addition, the consequences of any decision you make, or action you engage in, on any website listed in our MyLindens.com web portal are yours alone. ML will take no responsibility for any activity that occurs on any other website. Any decisions made by you to purchase products or services, pay for shipping costs, sign up for trials, or exchange money in any other way are the sole responsibility of you, the user. ML will not be held responsible for any said decisions.

Non-Commitment: ML shall, at no time, have any commitment toward any user. ML shall, at all times, retain a state of non-commitment. ML may, at its discretion, terminate the Service, for one, any, or all users, for any or no reason, at any time, without any notice. Upon termination of the Service, ML shall remain without commitment toward any user, past or present, terminated, suspended, active, or in any state. ML may, at its discretion, discontinue the Service. Upon discontinuation of the Service, ML shall remain without commitment toward any past user from any previous period or periods of Service availability or suspension.

Personal Use: ML is made available for personal use only. One user may have a maximum of one account. Only one account per household is allowed. Termination of an account does not merit the creation of a new account. Creation of more than one account by one person or two persons in the same household is considered fraud and will result in the termination of those persons' accounts. Due to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998, you must be at least thirteen (13) years of age to use the Service. You must provide current and accurate information upon registration for the Service. You are solely responsible for keeping your ML account and password confidential. You also agree NOT TO USE ANY PERSONAL ACCOUNT INFORMATION FOR SECOND LIFE ON OUR WEBSITE WHATSOEVER.

Proper Use: Your use of ML implies your agreement to the ML Terms of Service (Hereafter referred to as "Terms"), as well as the ML Privacy Policy (Hereafter referred to as "Privacy Policy"), and is subject to your acceptance of both agreements. You agree that you will use the Service in accordance to all laws and regulations, whether local, state, national, or international. You shall never use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or inappropriate purpose, nor in any way which violates the Terms or Privacy Policy. ML reserves the right to investigate your use of the Service by its own volition or per request made by the authorities. You are responsible for every consequence of your account's use.

Content of the Service: ML takes no responsibility for third party content, including, without limitation, any viruses or other disabling features. A third party is defined as any entity that is not ML. ML has neither responsibility nor obligation to monitor third party content. ML reserves the right to remove or refuse to post any content, at any time, including, but not limited to, third party content. Removal or refusal to distribute information will be left solely to the discretion of ML. If you believe there is a problem with content, please contact us and we will review your claim. Any third party website deemed to be potentially harmful; we will do our best to remove without exception to the remaining Content of the Service clause.

Representations: You warrant that all of the information provided by you to ML to participate in the Service and website is accurate and current. You further warrant that any information given to third parties from our site is accurate and current. You warrant that you have all the necessary rights and authority to enter into this agreement and to perform the acts required of you by the Service.

Privacy: As a condition to using ML, you agree to the full terms and conditions of the Privacy Policy, including updates which may occur from time-to-time, at any time, without any given notice, and for any reason. It is your responsibility to find and read the Privacy Policy and any future amendments to said policy.

Indemnification: You agree to hold harmless and indemnify ML, its affiliates, agents and all members from and against any third party claim arising from or in any way related to your use of the Service, including, but not limited to, any liability or expense arising from all claims, losses, damages (actual and consequential), suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys' fees, of every kind and nature.

Severability and Headings: If any specific term or condition of the Terms is held to be invalid, void, unenforceable, or illegal, that determination shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of the Terms. Headings used in the Terms are for convenience, are not substantive and shall not be used to interpret or construe any of the provisions contained within the Terms.
