I didn't get paid!?

So you completed a survey and have not been paid for it? Here are a few reasons why you may not have been credited.

1. The survey was not filled out completely. Most surveys take around 5-10 minutes to complete.

2. Most surveys are for those in the USA unless otherwise stated.

3. The information you entered was considered to be incorrect. The zip code of your address should match the area code of your phone number. Your address may not be registered as a real address or is unlisted.

5. The IP address of your computer is shared with other computers on the same network. Try a different computer from a different location. This goes for home networks, schools, and businesses.

6. Some internet service providers in populated cities will assign one IP address to more than one person. If someone else with the same IP has completed the offer, it will not let you complete one.

7. You may not be the ideal candidate for the survey. Certain surveys have different requirements. We do not control these requirements and rarely know them ourselves.

8. You have put in fake information before and have been black listed (banned) by the advertising companies.

Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to fix this. It is just the nature of the business. If you have completed four surveys and were not paid, consider our affiliate program. Affiliates earn 50% on top of what the player is paid. Many international players are earning more by becoming affiliates than those who complete the surveys or offers.
